Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the surgical services department and anesthesia services.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals.

Oversee the management of surgical procedures, scheduling, and staffing.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Manage department budgets, resources, and performance metrics.

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of surgical and anesthesia staff.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services and anesthesia.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, perioperative workflow, and anesthesia practices.

Proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, and quality improvement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
