About the Role:
The Senior Director of Surgical Practices will provide strategic leadership and oversight to multiple surgical practices within Tower Health, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point person for practice management and operations management of all surgical practices, interfacing with senior leadership on both an ad-hoc and standing committee participation basis.
- Provide operational management, budgeting guidance, business analysis, and the development and implementation of programs and initiatives to drive growth and improvement.
- Coordinate organization-wide projects and ensure that all practices and directors are working towards common goals and standardized procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify new growth strategies and opportunities for expansion.
- Manage key financial and performance metrics of specialties within physician practices.
- Determine training and development programs for staff, as well as educate and mentor current and new employees as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Relevant leadership experience overseeing surgical practices, including a strong operational background with strategic growth, policy management, template management, provider contracts, strategic planning, financial management, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Project Management skills.
