In quale modo apporterai il tuo contributo

Movimentazione

Movimentazione in sede di campionario e prototipi per allestimenti, riunioni, archivio e/o shooting. Coordinamento turni di facchinaggio per allestimenti/disallestimenti. Coordinamento della riorganizzazione periodica degli uffici e degli spazi adiacenti ai fini di una corretta predisposizione dei prototipi e campionari. Spedizioni

Gestione spedizioni in entrata ed in uscita ed interfaccia con corrieri, creazione DDT; Controllo degli arrivi tramite spunta da liste lanci. Order Entry

Inserimento a sistema (AS400) degli ordini di campionario ed ordini Press, Adv, Celeb e Seeding. Gestione dei rapporti con Customer Service e Supply Chain. Inoltro ordini forniture ufficio (cancelleria, contenitori archivio, materiali per presentazione, angolo caffetteria) Campionario

Organizzazione e stoccaggio campionari primari e secondari (manichini). Prototipia

Partecipazione all’inventario fisico e logico dei prototipi.

Il tuo profilo

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con le seguenti caratteristiche:

2+ anni di esperienza in ruoli di Logistica, Magazzino e/o Servizi Generali; Attitudine a svolgere lavori fisici che implichino la movimentazione di merce; Predisposizione all’ordine ed alla precisione; Capacità di analisi e gestione del dato a sistema; Capacità di interagire con più dipartimenti aziendali; Orientamento al risultato; Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici; Titolo di studio: Diploma; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
