Salary:
Negotiable based on Experience $100,000 to $120,000
Responsibilities:
Oversite of projects - execute the schedule/plan.
Productivity - labor tracking and planning.
Assist with technical interpretation on the job site.
Ensure all quality and safety standards are adhered to.
Coordinate with third parties - GC, Subs, Inspections.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience being a Superintendent.
Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time, and quality standards.
Reviewing project documents, plans, and specifications.
Directing construction activities, resolving difficulties, and coordinating with field employees.
Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications, and scheduling needs.
Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, and customers.
Ability to gain certifications and learning opportunities.
