They will also oversee a team of mortgage professionals and manage branch operations. Qualifications Loan Officers and Mortgage Lending skills. Experience in the mortgage industry and sales. Strong customer service skills. Ability to manage a team and branch operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. NMLS License and State Licensing for states originating in. Experience using Encompass-type software. Able to work remotely. At least 2 years' experience as a Loan Officer or Branch Manager a plus.
