What You Will Do

As a dedicated and results-driven Account Executive, you will expand our customer base across all sales channels with a focus on Healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for building a personal book of business and for developing strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients (distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals). Conduct outbound and inbound calls, and log interactions in Salesforce. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to meet sales quotas.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Engage relevant teams to support sales efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Keep clients informed on product updates and promotions.
  • Account Development: Create strategies to increase sales and cross-sell products within accounts. Identify up selling opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients. Ensure contract compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate with Operations on contract details.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence. Provide feedback to product development based on client interactions. Maintain knowledge through ongoing training.

You have a genuine passion for health and wellness and are excited about the opportunity to play an essential role in expanding our customer base across all sales channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a translatable field to the Dietary Supplement Industry. Advanced degrees and/or licenses are a plus.
  • Background in Nutritional Sciences and/or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management with proven success in client acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of dietary supplement products, including their applications, benefits, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong presentation and follow-up skills and a proven track record of driving results.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and capable of making informed decisions in a dynamic industry.
