We are currently seeking a Processing Manager to join our organization. As a Processing Manager at Nusenda Credit Union, you'll be responsible for managing the Insurance, MVD, and Floater teams' day-to-day workflow, ensuring that service level agreement standards are consistently and effectively met. You'll provide leadership, coaching, and training to direct reports, including providing work direction and support to team members on process, procedures, and escalated issues. You'll monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure goal attainment and lead and participate as a subject matter expert in projects and business driven initiatives within team and across the organization.

To thrive in this role, you should have three years to five years of similar or related experience. This position is one part team oversight and development and one part problem solving. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring critical thinking, member service, professional development, and interpersonal communication.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Possesses knowledge of the MVD and Insurance procedures and state/federal regulations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial institution operational procedures and compliance, particularly those affecting vehicle registration and insurance products.
  • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills essential.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
