Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager position requires you to work closely with our Distribution Channels, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Contractors in selling and specifying our products. 50-70% travel requirement from your home-based office covering Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. Qualified individuals will be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently, with a minimum of 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience. This position is full-time with a base, plus commission with residual commissions, sales incentives, company vehicle, health insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the construction industry or a related field Strong organizational and analytical skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field experience Experience with CRM software is a plus
