Purpose of this Position: The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth and expand market share within the Northern Territories (MT, ND, SD, MN and WI). The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand the prospect's business requirements and recommend the appropriate McLeod Software solution. Collaborative team selling experience is a plus. Successful candidates will be able to earn trust and obtain agreement throughout the stages of the sales cycle. Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to plan, prioritize and set goals are required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
