Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. You will also provide regular updates on sales activities to leadership, including travel logs, expense summaries, CRM updates, competitive intelligence, and market trends, in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiates customer inquiries, follows through, negotiates terms, and finalizes sales agreements.
• Increases the rate of successful sales conversions.
• Shares sales performance data with management to support future sales planning.
• Assesses the necessity of participation in local trade shows.
• Monitors the status of ongoing project quotes and maintains CRM updates.
• Manages sales operations within the allocated budget, including travel, marketing initiatives, and product samples.
Requirements:
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a technical field; A minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the process equipment industry.
• Proven sales records in selling process equipment.
