RESPONSIBILITIES - Other Duties May Be Assigned
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process as strategic partner to the business you are supporting
Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools while providing an excelled candidate experience
Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and below average time to fill metrics
Proactively network with internal stakeholders and external resources to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools
Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement
Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
Five or more years of talent acquisition experience focused on strategic partnerships with clients
Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less
Preferred Qualifcations
Experience recruiting for a variety of different positions within technology
Experience with Workday and expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter

Strong executive presence and ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization
Commitment to exceptional client, candidate, and employee service
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating superb organizational and leadership skills in a fast paced, results driven environment
Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs in the business
Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
Ability to be a self-starter and adapt to a changing environment at a growth company.
