Job Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist is to maintain, troubleshoot and execute the order fulfillment process on a daily basis. This position is pivotal in aiding the improvement of service levels and on-time shipping metrics through strategically managing customer orders to achieve customer requirements. The customer service account specialist will manage and communicate all order related issues in an accurate and timely manner to both internal and external customers in an effort to optimize our customer experience efforts. This role will work cross-functionally with sales operations, transportation, and distribution in order to ensure customer orders are filled in full and on time. This is a customer-facing role that will work closely with our customers and the sales and channel teams to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Process and maintain customer orders within Oracle.

Proactively inform sales/customers of situations that may cause a delay of shipment.

Participate in vendor specific and opportunity specific teams to provide input and strategies that focus on both TTI and customer needs and concerns.

Participate in meetings with Sales ops and Sales Rep to maintain personal customer relations and assure that we are meeting customer requirements.

Facilitate and communicate any potential issues with your order base.

Relationship maintenance to provide best customer experience.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Supply chain, Transportation & Warehousing, or customer service preferably in a consumer packaged goods or related retail business environment.

Experience working with large retail accounts.

Experience with processing EDI orders.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Previous working knowledge with Oracle Systems preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for communicating to external customers.

Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage time with multiple tasks.

Ability to perform Excel techniques for analysis and reporting required.

Demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving skills with sound knowledge of fulfillment processes.

Self-driven to personal / professional growth and development with ability to process information quickly.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or Supply Chain preferred.
