24-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Calculated Hire is in search of a Customer Service Specialist I for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Job Description:
- Will be working with internal & external clients with ongoing systematic updates related to closing agents, insurance, state licensing, background checks, wire instructions, legal modifications, addendums, and new client onboarding.
- Duties include confirmation of receipt of legal documentation, maintaining system of record to ensure accuracy and compliance at all times. Frequent interaction with clients and closing agents via some phone and mostly email providing updates on approvals, client issues and questions.
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Customer Service.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Customer Service.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Must be familiar with mortgage documentation including but not limited to:
- Automated Underwriting Feedback, 1008, Investor Locks, Notes, Deeds of Trust, Allonges, Endorsements and Riders.
- Must be familiar with GSE guidelines, wholesale and residential retail processes (commercial experience also considered)
- Strong Excel skills are desired (Vlookup, data validation and review).
- Must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication
