Job Title: Client Relations and Treatment Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk and Sales Coordinator to join our upscale plastic surgery practice and Skinceuticals SkinLab. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient experiences and driving sales growth. The position has 2 important components. One is clients' relations (front desk duties) and a sales specialist with the goals of converting leads to consults and selling treatment plans recommended by the providers thereby driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage patient check-out processes, including creating bills and handling payments.
  • Convert web and phone leads into consultations and appointments.
  • Rebook patients for future treatments and follow-up visits.
  • Sell provider-prescribed treatment plans and packages.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
  • Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with retail sales of medical-grade skincare products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent appearance and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty.
  • Sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
