Position: Body Sculpting and Aesthetic Specialist
We are seeking a vibrant individual who is focused on sales goals and client retention, with a genuine passion for assisting others in achieving their wellness objectives. The ideal candidate will possess high energy and a strong desire for overall health and recovery. The Body Sculpting and Aesthetic Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery within our center, including the ability to sell and upgrade memberships, as well as nurturing a successful Body Sculpting clientele through promotions and follow-ups with both new and existing clients. This role is directly accountable for meeting sales targets through outstanding client service, marketing initiatives via social media, and participation in community events.


The Body Sculpting and Aesthetic Specialist should be proactive, sales-oriented, ambitious, and customer-focused. This individual will collaborate closely with the Center Manager to identify and resolve issues, establish expectations and goals, and complete daily responsibilities while also being prepared to assist colleagues as needed. The candidate must demonstrate the capability to perform their duties with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include working with the Center Manager to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, managing inventory and supplies effectively, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the center.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a high-volume service environment or fitness center is preferred.
  • Availability to work between 15-40 hours per week, part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic upscale organization.
  • Exceptional time management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service abilities, motivated and respectful, with a proven track record of being coachable.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective communication with peers, management, and clients.
  • Understanding of business acumen and operational processes.
  • Proficient in computer applications including point-of-sale systems, intranet, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
  • Solid grasp of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content.
  • Capable of utilizing social media for content creation during shifts, including photos and videos.
  • Perform Body Sculpting and other aesthetic services as they are introduced to our offerings.
  • Build a loyal client base and meet or exceed appointment scheduling goals.
  • Manage booking, confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of each client session.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of aesthetic equipment and treatment areas.
  • Conduct thorough consultations for Body Sculpting and aesthetic services.
  • Promote aesthetic services to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Cross-sell complementary services to enhance client results.
  • Order supplies necessary for aesthetic treatments.
  • Stay informed about all lifestyle services and products offered to clients to enhance their experience.
  • Experience or certification in using Body Sculpting equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
