Position: Body Sculpting/Esthetic Specialist
We are seeking a motivated individual who is sales-oriented and dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals. The ideal candidate will possess high energy and a strong commitment to overall health and recovery. The Body Sculpting/Esthetic Specialist will be responsible for delivering a range of services related to our center's operations, effectively selling and upgrading memberships, and cultivating a loyal Body Sculpting clientele through proactive promotions and follow-ups with both new and existing clients. This role requires achieving sales targets through outstanding customer service and marketing efforts, including social media engagement and participation in community events. Continuous training and education on our products and services, as well as adherence to safety protocols, are essential components of this position.


The Body Sculpting/Esthetic Specialist should demonstrate a proactive approach, be sales-driven, ambitious, and possess excellent customer service skills. This individual will collaborate closely with the Center Manager to identify and resolve challenges, set clear expectations and goals, and complete daily responsibilities while also being prepared to assist colleagues as needed. The candidate must be capable of performing their duties with minimal supervision and work alongside the Center Manager to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives, manage inventory, and maintain the center's environment.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a high-volume service environment or fitness center is preferred.
  • Availability to work between 15-40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic upscale organization.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation, motivated, respectful, and open to coaching from management.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective communication with peers, management, and clients.
  • Understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including point-of-sale, intranet, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to engage clients through social media by creating content during shifts, including photos and videos.
  • Capability to perform Body Sculpting and other esthetic services as they are introduced to our offerings.
  • Develop a client base and meet or exceed appointment goals.
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
  • Conduct thorough consultations for Body Sculpting and esthetic services.
  • Promote esthetic services to both existing and new clients.
  • Cross-sell complementary services to enhance client results.
  • Order supplies for esthetic treatments.
  • Stay informed about all lifestyle services and products offered to enhance the client experience.
  • Experience or certification in using Body Sculpting equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
