About the role:

The Human Resources Coordinator is a vital support to our HR team, providing essential services that ensure a smooth employee experience from onboarding to ongoing support. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for HR-related questions, manage key HR processes such as audits, onboarding, employee documentation, and oversee the distribution of employee welcome and anniversary gifts. With responsibilities ranging from coordinating orientations to handling system management tasks in UKG and Nowsta, your work will contribute to a positive, compliant, and organized HR environment.
