**What Youll Do:** As a Branch Service Manager in our Lowell Connector branch, you will support branch growth by effectively coaching and developing team members to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to exceed customer expectations. Serves as trusted advisor to both customers and team members. Enhances consumer and business relationships through expert knowledge of the Banks products and services. Consults on complex customer inquiries and recognizes and mitigates risk. Manages the branch operational efficiency, customer experience, sales programs and ensures the branch is consistently in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. Collaborates with the Branch Relationship Manager to set strategy for branch success and team member development. The Branch Service Manager also prepares the branch for internal audits by maintaining daily logs and regular security checks, monitors the branch service quality levels and will attend branch functions and community activities to promote the Bank's image and growth. Anticipated hours: Monday - Saturday per business need as determined by manager.

**Requirements:** Thorough knowledge of banking products and commercial banking procedures. A Bachelors degree in a business discipline and three years' directly related experience or equivalent education/experience is required. Supervisory experience/training preferred. Proficiency utilizing computers and Microsoft Office applications as well as banking applications (preferably Integrated Teller and Fiserv Premier Banking) is essential. Excellent communication skills along with a desire to develop team members and provide outstanding service to customers are necessities.
