MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Aviation Technology, Finance, Engineering or related field. Completed, relevant education from an accredited college or university may be substituted for years of relevant work experience. 1 year of education = 2 years of experience
Two (2) years' experience in materials and purchasing, supply chain, procurement, purchasing or related area.
Ability to learn and understand technical information contained in drawings, change sheets and technical documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software packages (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint).
Demonstrated knowledge of master scheduling and forecasting.
Ability to communicate in a highly technical environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of MRP, purchasing software and inventory systems.
Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of industrial operations/administration in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to communicate fluently in French
Create reports in Microsoft Access
Master's degree in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
Ability to program in SQL, Visual Basic, or other language
Ability to solve complex supply chain problems with computer programming
Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management system, ability to calculate expected usage and cost.
Passed Certified in Production and Inventory Management Part 1 Exam
Proficiency in utilizing computerized engineering software, such as CATIA DMU Navigator

ORKING CONDITIONS
Normal administrative office environment. Short periods will be required in production and warehouse areas. Some travel may be required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Represent M&P in change board meetings including bid definition and industrial process changes for Supply Chain impact, coordinate bidding with Purchasing and Procurement, provide contract information via DA or DFJ Purchasing group for development schedule, negotiation status, contract status, contract pricing, cost analysis of added and removed definition.
Monitor reports and metrics on inventory, analyze results and implement action plans directly with Procurement and Purchasing.
Implement concepts, methodologies, integration, operations management of Supply Chain using CPIM best practices to guide procurement strategy and forecasting.
Implement Dassault Program strategies in the Supply Chain.
Represent M&P on Development Plateaus for new aircraft development, assist in managing and defining early industrialization plan and MRP visibility with Manufacturing Engineering, quote new parts, identify long lead-time parts for schedule impact to new program development & assist in the coordination of procurement and purchasing activities.
Manage the Discontinued Notification Process and other M&P processes.
Responsible for creation, preparing, distribution and maintaining ad hoc inventory and custom reports.
Review and approve procurement plans and forecast to suppliers.
Write and maintain ISO processes and written instructions to document activity.
Process development and communications to help improve information flow to M&P.
Perform, analyze, and publish root cause analysis.
Work with Procurement, Purchasing, Dassault Aviation Completion Programs and vendors to forecast, stock depletion of removed items identified in change documents.
