Responsibilities:

Marketing Initiative Timeline Management: Map out timelines and schedules for marketing tests and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and results are accurately tracked and analyzed.

Internal Campaign Management: Update and maintain our internal campaign management platform, keeping track of marketing assets, campaign performance metrics, and key milestones.

Social Media Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align content creation and scheduling with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Point of Purchase (POP) Management: Manage the ordering and distribution of all POP materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards and timely delivery to locations.

Product Photoshoot Coordination: Coordinate and oversee product photoshoots, working with external vendors and internal teams to capture high-quality images for use in marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Marketing Budget Management: Communicate with accounting department and process all marketing invoices and expenses; reconciling marketing ad fund with forecast.

Franchisee Communication: manage ongoing communication with franchisees regarding marketing initiatives and meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the QSR, restaurant or retail industry.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for new store openings and other business-related events.
