We are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Rate: $45,000 to $50,000 salaried, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

  • Assist the Coach in the support and management of client accounts
  • Participate in coaching calls, taking detailed notes, and reviewing them with the coach before sending to the client and posting in Notion
  • Putting tasks in project management software for ongoing projects
  • Responding to client emails as appropriate
  • Keep all client information up to date, including contacts and website properties
  • Organize and post blogs and reviews on client websites and social media
  • Assist in filling out the monthly report
  • Test client website forms
  • Execute SEO for new websites and review and maintain SEO for current websites in coordination with coaches
  • Update GMB for clients by adding products, reviews, etc.
  • Complete UTM tags
  • Schedule client calls for coaches
  • Website updates and edits such as coupons, banners, calls to action, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

  • 1 year experience in digital marketing or combination of education and experience
  • Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators
  • High communicator via phone and email
  • Must be able to work in collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Must actively participate in meetings
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time with little supervision
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
