Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Call Center Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide information, follow up on inquiries, and address any issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in using our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, computer systems, and other office equipment.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
