Position: Call Center Representative - NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS


Job Description: Full-time on-site call center position. Shift will be Monday-Friday, 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM. 


Duties: Answer inbound phone lines, assisting customers with courtesy and professionalism. Respond to inbound emails and process faxed documents. Update customer information in database and perform other tasks as needed.


Skills/Qualifications: Prior call center experience is required. Call center experience should include handling inbound phone lines as well as electronic communication such as email. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Pleasant and patient demeanor. Works well with others and can handle pressure.
