We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to our clients. The representative will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and following up on requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Calls: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Support: Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through solutions.
  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and resolving pending issues.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Sales Support: Assist in up-selling or cross-selling products and services when appropriate.
  • Training: Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
