WE ARE GROWING

Air Pros Dallas Call Center is looking to hire On-Site Outbound/Inbound Customer Service Reps to start immediately.

APPLY TODAY

Our On-Site outbound customer service representative will contact customers who have made inquiries or have concerns related to their account, purchase experience, or product use. You'll follow scripts while talking with customers in booking service calls, or handling complaints about their account. You're responsible for monitoring inbound phone calls, emails, and responding in a timely manner. Excellent customer service skills and solid problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. As the voice of our company, the representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:
  • 5 day a week, 8 hour shift schedule between 7am-7pm (Must be available to work the weekend)

Required skills and qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and accountability
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
