Job Description Job Description Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently hiring Patient Service Representative in Burlington, VT.

This is an on-site opportunity.

Pay: 18 to 20/hr
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Fulltime - Monday to Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, including follow-up, confirmation, and managing questionnaires.
  • Check in clients, verify eligibility, and educate clients on billing, insurance policies, and intake procedures.
  • Support operations-related projects, including chart reviews, Quality Improvement (QI) Projects, and accreditation tasks.
  • Assist with office inventory management and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
  • Associate s Degree
  • Two years of administrative office support experience preferred.
    • Experience with electronic health records preferred.
  • High level of discretion and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Pay Details: 18.00 to 20.00 per hour
