We have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator. This job can be located in our Scott City or Great Bend, Kansas offices. Summary:

To ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient administrative and personnel related services to help meet the objectives of the human resources department and the Cooperative. Involves a working knowledge of human resources related laws and processes.

Top Qualifications:
  • An associate degree in business or related field with 2 years of administrative or human resources experience; or 4 years of administrative or human resources experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, or equivalent products.
  • Able to research laws and regulations using a wide variety of sources including (but not limited to) the internet and government websites.
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Able to listen and interpret what individuals are asking/telling you.
  • Able to maintain confidential Cooperative and employee information.
  • Able to independently search out learning opportunities to expand and update human resource knowledge.
  • Able to effectively manage own time, including completing tasks and projects by the assigned deadlines.
  • Possess a professional presence which promotes responsible, reliable, and efficient work habits. Must demonstrate dependability, flexibility, honesty, and integrity.
  • Able to keep files, schedules, and projects organized.
  • Detail Oriented.
