The Division Supervision Manager II is responsible for oversight of Supervision Managers supporting OSJs and aligned registered associates and sales leadership for the respective division/market. The role will serve to ensure regulatory compliance and corporate mandates for all designated activities and position the division/market to ensure successful results as measured by Branch Exams, Corporate Audit as well as exams from external regulators.

Specifically, this role is for the Market Conduct & Trade Review DSM II. The Market Conduct & Trade Review DSM II is a member of the Consumer Investments (CI) Supervision Leadership Team and reports to the Complex Products & Platform Division Supervision Executive. The Market Conduct & Trade Review DSM II will steward to program to ensure it remains well-executed, aligned with regulatory risks, and adaptable to emerging risks. Within this role, the Market Conduct & Trade Review DSM II will manage direct reports. He or she functions independently, or with minimal guidance, but must keep the Complex Products & Platform Supervision Executive informed on significant matters. This role requires prior supervisory or management experience as well as the Series 7, 66, and 9/10 or their equivalent.

Required Qualifications:
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 required to be considered for the role
  • FINRA Series 9 & 10 preferred, must be willing to obtain within 60 days

Enterprise Job Description:
