Role Responsibilities:

This position is accountable for spearheading and implementing internal control practices and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide standards.
  • Supporting the establishment of quality assurance and quality control measures through continuous monitoring and testing of controls.
  • Identifying issues and proposing control enhancements for remediation.
  • Developing action plans and milestones for improvement.
  • Leading program metrics, reporting, and analytics to ensure effective internal controls and operational excellence.
  • Designing and executing procedures specific to Global Risk Management to ensure best-in-class program execution.

  • Acting as a champion for a robust risk culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services.
  • Conducting monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.
  • Implementing optimized controls and enhancing Quality Assurance (QA) practices.
  • Overseeing the performance and productivity of team members conducting quality inspections.
  • Ensuring timely execution of QA activities, including control execution and results reporting.
  • Managing responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other reviews.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and capturing relevant information for inspection metrics.
  • Driving critical business controls metrics to maintain optimal performance.
  • Exhibiting strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills with a focus on detail.
  • Strategically identifying opportunities for performance efficiency improvements.
