Customer Relations Specialist

Customer Relations Specialist
The Customer Relations Specialist will handle all functions of Omni-channel customer service and exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills over the phone. They will work closely with other members of the department and must have attention to detail and problem-solving skills. All Customer Relations team members are responsible for representing the Uno Alla Volta brand in a positive way, ensuring best practices are always leveraged for the best customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Focuses on Uno Alla Volta's Purpose, Vision, and Values. Considers the best interest of Uno Alla Volta and its team members, artists, and customers, while performing job duties.
- Contributes to an environment in which all team members are respected and included regardless of their individual differences and feel motivated to improve individual and work area contributions to achieve desired business results.
- Processes all inbound orders from the phone, mail, or web.
- Tracks orders and follows up as needed.
- Manages Etsy orders.
- Handles customer questions relating to product, service, and web channel.
- Manages web order reviews and processing.
- Aids management in training and onboarding new hires.
- Follows the provided guidelines for providing the best customer support and experience.
- Builds opening and closing responsibilities.
- Builds working knowledge of products.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Works overtime as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
