Sales Regional Manager

The Sales Regional Manager will be responsible for leading a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. The Sales Regional Manager will also oversee sales operations, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Manage and grow key accounts in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities
Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective promotional activities and campaigns
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of successful sales management and achieving sales targets
Experience in the [industry/sector] industry is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
