Base Salary:

The Regional Sales Manager will receive a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.

Commission Structure:

A generous commission structure will provide significant earning potential based on sales performance. The commission will be uncapped, allowing for unlimited earnings potential. The exact commission rates and structure will be discussed during the interview and tailored to align with the candidate's experience and expectations.

Total Compensation:

The compensation package, including base salary and commission earnings, is anticipated to range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually. However, top-performing individuals can potentially exceed these figures significantly based on sales achievements.

Extensive travel within the designated regions, estimated to be approximately 50%, will be required to effectively manage client relationships, conduct market analysis, and support the sales team. The company will cover travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals. A car allowance will also support travel within the designated regions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within the Northwest and Southwest regions, demonstrating familiarity with the market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape specific to each area.
