Description As part of the Revenue & Operations Group within FP&A, this position will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Financial Management, Metric Tracking, and Analysis of Recurring Revenue. Responsibilities Lead the development and preparation of high-level analytical reporting to consolidate all UKG Recurring Revenue. Partner closely with the entire Revenue & Operations team to ensure alignment with forecasts, budgets, business performance reporting, and variance analysis. Develop financial closing and reporting tools and calendars for the revenue and operations team to ensure deadlines are met. Respond to inquiries which may include conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and preparing related adjustments. Support special projects and strategic analysis that influences business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA a plus. 8+ years of experience in financial analysis with at least 3 years of Revenue analysis experience. Ability to synthesize data and facts into a consumable and actionable financial story. Candidate should have a growth mindset and embrace technology and change. Strong self-starter with the ability to think creatively and solve unexpected issues to meet deadlines. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Software, SaaS, or similar technology industry experience a plus.
