Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

By utilizing your expertise in human resources, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful impact on our employee experience. As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all new hire employee information is accurate.
  • Serving as our team "go-to" point of contact for all things HR.
  • Monitoring benefits eligibility and keep employees informed of requirements and deadlines.
  • Compiling timesheets, monitor attendance and records.
  • Reviewing payroll/time reporting information, and quickly addressing any discrepancies.
  • Monitoring systems for accurate calculating and coding.
  • Playing a crucial role in orienting new hires to our company culture.


Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Highly energetic, motivated, and collaborative
  • Thrive on delivering excellent customer service to site employees
  • Skilled in timekeeping systems, Kronos experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, Workday experience is a plus.
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Windows.
  • Ability to develop relationships with, and support, sites/employees remotely
