Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Anatolia. As a key member of our People & Culture Department, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day administrative operations and overseeing the administration of policies, procedures, and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, file management, timekeeping, database administration, orientation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll, benefits, pension, and other HR data, and recommend corrective measures as needed.
  • Support recruitment efforts by updating job descriptions and other initiatives or tasks as assigned.
  • Process benefits enrollments for new hires and respond to employee inquiries about company benefits and 401k plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Ceridian Dayforce, Laserfiche, and manual employee files.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, including collecting and filing of all completed documentation and monitoring and following up with management and staff as required.
  • Prepare and distribute internal correspondence, including communications from management, newsletters, and updates to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate company social events as a member of the Social Committee.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in human resources related field required; PHR designation preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity from within a similarly related industry is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions.
  • High level of proficiency with data management and analytics.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain lasting rapport and relationships amongst all levels within the organization.
Working Conditions

Most work is performed in a standard office environment with limited exposure to adverse conditions or health and safety risks.

Position requires low level of sustained visual attention, moderate manual dexterity on a regular basis with sitting at length.
