Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Commercial Products

Department: Sales and Marketing

Summary Maintains and develops relationships with current and new customers by managing the sales of several National accounts as well as developing new business from all clients by providing excellent service and support. Customers and prospects include OEMs and Aftermarket distributors, mainly in the agriculture and paving industries.

This position requires out of state travel up to 50% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Selling products and building new business relationships using existing industry contacts

  • Conduct training sessions with accounts and execute co-op marketing programs at dealer locations as well as trade shows.

  • Serve as the liaison between key customers and internal teams

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

  • Resolve any problems faced by customers while addressing their concerns and complaints

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Ensure products and services are delivered to customers in accordance with their expectations

  • Research client competitors and their activities to prevent turnover

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

  • Works to implement long term contractual agreements with customers

  • Lead all Quoting effort with assigned customer

  • Generation of Sales with assigned customer for rubber products including rubber tracks and poly/rubber wheels.

  • Contract Management with assigned customer

Five years of experience working with agricultural products. Rubber track experience would be beneficial.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
