The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are happy to announce a full-time Customer Service Assistant position filled with many exciting opportunities In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by providing general office support in regard to commercial lines insurance while expanding your insurance knowledge.
- Assists with inbound calls & emails.
- Issues certificates of insurance and Auto ID Cards.
- Process policy changes.
- Review policies & endorsements issued by insurance carrier to ensure accuracy.
- Supports team throughout the sales and servicing process.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include excellent customer service, comprehensive written and communication skills, previous customer service experience, advanced Microsoft Office experience and a desire to grow in the insurance industry. A high school diploma or equivalent are required.
