The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general office support for commercial lines insurance sales and service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Prequalifying all requests for quotes to determine eligibility and interest.
  2. Processing policy changes.
  3. Issuing certificates of insurance.
  4. Answering customer questions regarding products and services.
  5. Reviewing policies and binders issued by insurance carriers to ensure accuracy.
  6. Supporting account managers throughout the sales and servicing process.
  7. Creating management reports for the Agency Vice President.
  8. Administratively supporting the Agency Vice President.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License in good standing.
  • Two years of insurance industry experience, preferably with commercial lines.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
