Insurance Customer Service Representative

FrankCrum is a leading commercial insurance agency seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services. You will be responsible for prequalifying requests for quotes, processing policy changes, and issuing certificates of insurance, among other key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prequalify requests for quotes to determine eligibility and interest.
- Process policy changes and issue certificates of insurance.
- Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
- Review policies and binders issued by insurance carriers to ensure accuracy.
- Support account managers throughout the sales and servicing process.
- Administer management reports for the Agency Vice President.
- Provide administrative support to the Agency Vice President.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer service and support. The ideal candidate will possess a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License and at least two years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with commercial lines.
