About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Insurance Administrative Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize our proprietary systems to access customer information and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Document all customer interactions and updates in our system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry.
