Using independent judgment and decision-making skills, assumes responsibility for recruiting, staffing, supervising, and training all program volunteers, interns and mentors. Develops a system to ensure adequate volunteer coverage for the program. Supervise adolescents and provide crisis intervention as needed. Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, social sciences or other related field, or equivalent experience. Normally requires previous experience in volunteer recruitment, training and management, public speaking, and general office experience. 2 years of experience in professional setting. Must be willing to work evening, weekends, and graveyard shift as needed. Valid drivers license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Starting Salary Range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Waymakers is a "Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified employer."
