It partners with many of the worlds largest consumer product companies and retailers to create collection and recycling solutions for hundreds of traditionally non-recyclable waste streams. By working with companies, retailers, governments and consumers, TerraCycle is able to collect and solve for just about every waste stream, from snack wrappers and contact lenses to ocean plastics and cigarette butts, all waste streams that otherwise end up in landfills, oceans, or incinerators. TerraCycle has received hundreds of awards globally, and has been highlighted in some of the worlds most recognized media outlets, including CNN, Wall St. Journal, Reuters.com New York Times, Forbes and thousands of others. In May 2019, TerraCycle launched its newest initiative, Loop, a global circular shopping system that enables brands, retailers and consumers to transition from single-use disposable materials to reusable, durable packaging, washed by Loop and refilled by the brands. Loop has engaged many of the world's largest consumer product companies (including P&G, Nestl, Unilever, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, and Mondelez) and many of the worlds largest retailers in this platform. Loop is currently available in the continuous U.S, and the greater Paris region in France, with plans to expand into several new markets including Canada, Japan, the UK and Australia by the end of 2021. **Job Overview** In this role you will get the chance to work on a wide variety of accounts, so no two days at TerraCycle will be the same In a nutshell, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and selling recycling programs and partnerships with Retailers in North America. Your day-to-day contacts and clients will be Retailer sustainability and merchandising teams. You will also work closely with Brand partners customer and brand teams sponsoring those retail programs for their category of products to be recycled. **Primary Responsibilities** * Lead all sales deals for Retailer-Driven Permanent Recycling and Retailer Take Back Programs in North America * Developing growth revenue plan to meet the North America Retail revenue objectives * Developing the Retailer partnership pipeline and category strategies * Creating custom creative retail/shopper program proposals that drive Return On Investment (ROI) for TerraCycle, brand and retail partners * Pitching and selling programs to retailers (from national retailers such as Walmart to regional retailers like Shoprite to specialized retailers like Staples). * Supervising the implementation of sold services. Requirements

**Must haves:** Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales/Merchandising/Shopper Marketing in the CPG/Retail Industry. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel. **Our ideal candidate should be:** Someone who has outstanding communication and presentation skills and will positively influence brands and retailers' organizations to shift towards sustainability.
