Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to oversee our temporary real estate portfolio. This role is crucial in implementing our real estate strategy and managing the flow of transactions to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Secure temporary retail locations for our seasonal operations.
2. Implement market strategies to optimize store deployment and balance occupancy costs with sales potential.
3. Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and third-party brokers to negotiate favorable leasing terms.
4. Ensure timely execution of leasing agreements and maintain accurate records of past transactions.
