Staffing Solutions Enterprises is partnered with a local expert in the moving industry to identify a dynamic Operations Coordinator This position plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing logistics, and ensuring that all moves are executed smoothly and efficiently. Our ideal candiate would be a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving and process improvementThis role is perfect for an early riser The typical day starts at 6:45am/7am.Onsite 100% in the Warrensville Heights area.Your cell phone is paid for after 90 days, and there is a car allowance after one year of serviceSome of your Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate all moving jobs, ensuring timely executionCommunicate job details to the movement crew and manage calendars to prevent scheduling conflictsOversee inventory management for moving supplies and equipmentProvide ongoing support and guidance to the moving crew, including problem resolution during movesMaintain accurate records of jobs, client information, and crew schedulesIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement solutionsWhat you'll need to succeed: Driver's License for occasional local travelAbility to lift 50 lb if neededMoving industry experience or logistics experience in a manufacturing company, requiredData entry experience, ability to learn QuickBooksMust have a team player mentality and communicate well with a variety of personalitiesExcellent pivoting skills and adaptability are keyInterested?
