Biologics Coordinator

Coordinates all support and clerical activities for department by providing support to internal clients while functioning as liaison with external clients.Experience with insurance and prior authorizations preferred Responsibilities:Coordinates various department activities by facilitating analysis and reporting information.Develops, maintains and distributes reports for schedules, budgets, staff , paid time off and patient information.Coordinates various activities and provides customer support to internal and external customers.Prepares, provides analysis and implements special studies and projects.Other duties as assigned.Education:High School Diploma or GED.Certifications:None requiredCompetencies (Complexity of Work):Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Work Experience:Minimum of five years office experience.Minimum five years experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects.Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.Physical Requirements:Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and other office equipmentAbility to travel throughout the hospital systemAbility to communicate and exchange accurate informationIn some locations, ability to move up to 20 poundsPersonal Protective Equipment:Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $17.25Maximum hourly: $26.31The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
