Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety and Maintenance Coordinator in Cleveland, OH. The role involves daily tasks related to ensuring safety compliance and overseeing maintenance operations within our logistics operations.



Maintain safety files, both digital and paper files.

Complete driving background checks for all new and current drivers.

Review existing policies and procedures

Ensure drivers are compliant with all FMCSA regulations. For example, scheduling physicals, drug screens, and submitting physicals to appropriate agency. 

Ensure Secor Logistics, LLC is compliant with all regulations. For example, running yearly MVRs and Clearing House reports on all drivers.

Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions

Track maintenance issues to stay proactive with repairs.

Coordinate with the maintenance and dispatch teams to get units through the shop in a timely manner.

Create and distribute monthly and quarterly safety and maintenance reports.

Ability to become a Certified Road Test Examiner.



Previous experience in DOT regulated safety preferred but will train the right candidate.
