PGIM Fixed Income is a global asset manager offering active solutions across all fixed income markets. The company has offices in Newark, NJ, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Sydney, Singapore, Munich, Zurich, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. Timeline:

Applications for PGIM Investment Professional roles are open as of July 1st. All other businesses will open on August 2nd. To ensure you are considered for the opportunities you want most, you are only able to apply to 3 positions per recruitment season.
Your Day to Day:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. The Investment Analyst program in our Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG) is a 3-year rotational program and sees Analysts participate in three (3) 1-year rotations across our different sectors/desks. Day to day can include:
- The Analyst in the Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG) evaluates portfolio positioning with respect to risk exposures and alpha objectives, provides portfolio construction and alignment insight, and analyzes performance drivers across a multitude of investment products and processes to deliver performance attribution.
- Utilizing a variety of analytical tools, the analyst integrates specific client guidelines, objectives, and risk tolerances into the firm's investment process to ensure complete portfolio management and analytics are in place.
- The analyst collaborates and works closely with other teams, including Senior PAG Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Traders, Risk Managers, the Quantitative Team, Credit Research, Client Advisory, and Sales and Marketing to ensure the Portfolio Management team has the tools and technology required to effectively manage portfolios.
- The analyst also navigates multiple ad hoc requests and projects that relate to market or portfolio analytics received from all parts of the larger Fixed Income Organization. The analyst partners closely with peers throughout Fixed income to build organizational capabilities.
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating or 5th year master's program between December 2024 and May 2025
- Minimum 3.0 GPA

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Operations Research, Information/Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics majors, but all majors welcome
- Experience with Bloomberg, and other technical data analysis/modeling tools

Note: The starting salary for this role is $85,000, roles are also eligible for additional compensation and benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
