Front Desk Manager Holiday Inn

Overview:
As a Front Office Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring the operation of the Concierge, PBX, valet and Front Office in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay.
- Approach all encounters with employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
- Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Front Office associates
- Prepare Employee Schedule according to business forecast, payroll budgetary guidelines, and productivity requirements
- Respond in maintaining the integrity of other departments by immediately addressing issues with associates when necessary, using the One Minute Manager of Praising in Public and Counseling in Private
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- Supervisory experience is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Possess a valid US driver's license
