Position Overview:

As a Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn, you will be pivotal in overseeing the operations of the Concierge, PBX, valet, and Front Office departments. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their experience is both welcoming and efficient throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with team members in a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
  • Inspire, mentor, and guide all Front Office staff through coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Develop and manage employee schedules in alignment with business forecasts and budgetary guidelines.
  • Address any departmental issues promptly, utilizing effective management techniques to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field; or a 4-year college degree with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven supervisory experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • A valid US driver's license is required.
