Compensation: $80K-$90K/Annual

Description: We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team, responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the automotive industry. The role involves managing warranty and technical support, developing retail networks, and driving customer engagement through innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with leading automotive brands to streamline parts and service operations, optimize warranty management, and deliver targeted training and development programs. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to implement technology-driven processes effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assessing & solving technical escalations with dealerships
Providing online AND in dealership technical assistance when needed
Leading discussions & acting as subject matter expert on technical issues
Managing recall requirements & ensuring required service updates are completed & following up to ensure reduction of buy backs
Interacting with the team as the quality feedback technical liaison
Providing dealership consultations on repairs and inspections
Ensuring the improvement of the customer experience and increasing "first fix" visits
Analyzing & making suggestions related to repair shop process improvements & offering proactive business planning

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED/Technical Degree preferred
A minimum of 2 to 4 years automotive experience required; current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered.
Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver results.
Ability to travel locally to dealerships within a designated area.
Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate technical information to all levels.
